'04 Mazda 6 12v Outlets

Is there a way I can set up my 12v outlets to aways be on? I have gotten used to it because of my previous car and it would be very helpful. Maybe even set up a timed switch so they will shut off but I can make them stay on for a bit and then shut automatically(I'm very forgetful). And also the auto windows, can they be set to stay active while the key isn't in the ignition? Or would that be too much and kill my battery. The windows are no big deal, but the 12v plugs are something that I would love to have working always.

I would guess that it wouldn't be too hard. Check for an always on wire leading in through the firewall near the clutch pedal and tap into it. Or you could put a wire in from the battery connection. Don't have any ideas for the windows though.
