Jack points for regular floor jack

I've got a regular floor jack and i'm not wanting to use the frame rails near the doors i hate how poeple crush the lip and make it look like crap. I just dont know where else to jack the car from. please help with photos of locations you have used to jack up the car i dont want to put a hole in my undercarriage.

BTW: I'm asking abou the 2014 Mazda 6. i know i have a 3 in the sig, i haven't switched it over yet.
 
Looking for the same info man ... there were some easy spots to identify on my 2004 mazda 6. Also curious as to the best spots to place stands too once she's jacked up. Painting the calipers this weekend.
 
Front subframe center. Front suspension lower arm mount (cast steel) that is connected to the front subframe. I have not been to the back of the Mazda6 yet.
