Roof rail installation

Installed my roof rails today. They look great. However, it was not as easy as the instructions let on. The ditch moulding warped and would not set right on either side. I was wondering if they can be ordered pre-cut from Mazda? I doubt it. Does anyone know how much these ditch moldings are?

In another thread, the part numbers are posted. I googled the part numbers and they were $30 each.

Do you have to drill any holes to install the Roof Rails? What do the hex bolts attach to?

There are already bolt openings under the drip rails.
