How to get access to the horn

So I decided to tackle the roadrunner horn and upgrade it to something more aggressive, but I ran into a small problem. Does anyone know the best way to get to the horn. I removed the 4 screws and those 5-6 plastic pin but was still unable to take anything off to get to the horn or even see it.

I know I am missing something.

Thanks GAXIBM, I saw your thread but I have the same issue you mentioned how does one get those aluminum fasteners off, to get the plastic plate off, as I need to remove it so access the horn to remove and put the new one in it's place. I know someone suggested removing the bumper but I find it hard to believe to get to the horn needs to be that difficult, there must be an easier way.
