Check Engine Light after 150 miles

After driving our new 2014 CX-5 (2.5L GT) 150 miles we got an Engine Inspection Required light this morning. Ran it past an AutoZone and their code scanner registered a P0125 (Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Fuel Control). Has anybody else experienced this problem?

Sorry to hear about your problem. I assume that the code has been reset. I'd wait and see if it comes back. This code usually indicates that the engine didn't reach required temperature in specified amount of time.

Probably a bad thermostat. Mazdas are famous for that.

The code that usually indicates a bad thermostat is P0126. P0125 may indicate something different.
