CX5 manual clutch stuck to floor car lock down in middle of busy highway

New vehicle 3months old. Has anyone experience the same problem can't change gear and restart engine. I know they should be reliable but two breakdown because of the same reason.

Air in the system or thowout bearing or pressure plate has come apart.

I'd be willing to bet it is a hydraulic issue.
There is a slave and master cylinder and some rubber connecting hoses and even rigid tubing that can all fail or leak that will leave he pedal stuck to the floor.
When this happens, you are unable to disengage the clutch. Sometimes you can pull the pedal back up by hand and temporarily reset the seal in the slave or master (if that's the problem).
I doubt you'll find anybody here that has had this issue (I certainly haven't seen it as a problem). Sounds like an isolated, production or parts related mishap.

This is a serious matter, I hope the dealer is on top of this.
