Foggy wipers

Hey guys
For those who are in southern Ontario and probably NE US, it got pretty warm over the weekend and there was a fair amount of rain.

When I turned on the wipers, after the wipe there is a mist or some sort of fog type of streak
It makes the wind shield blurry...do I need new wipers or is there some sort of temperature correlation?

I'd try cleaning the window really well with glass cleaner and wiping down the wipers while your at it. Sometimes its just dirt/wax buildup that causes them to streak, especially if you use an automatic car wash like at the gas station (they spray liquid wax to make your car look shiny, even over the dirt they never get off.) I've only had my CX5 for a few months and notice the wipers are already streaky and may need to be replaced. The joys of living on the wet coast! Usually replace every six months around here.
