I ended up buying these Mazda CX-5 19's:

The tires arrived inflated and all I did was drive to my mechanic up the street and he swapped them out. It only took about 20 mins. He charged me $20. I called Pep Boys to get a quote and they were going to charge me upwards of $140. So far I haven't noticed much difference other than the speedometer being a slightly off.
By the way the TPMS wasn't affected at all.
