I believe the UK's Kuga is just about equivalent to the Escape in America. The new Kuga has recently had a few reviews and maybe they are of interest to those who have posted about thinking of buying an Escape.

Yes, the all new Kuga is equivalent of the 2013 Escape in US. The 2013 Escape has been in US for several months now and many of us have already driven it.

(Previously a mazda247 poster thought US was going to get previous generation Kuga which it never did).

Just as an aside, a more interesting model to me is the C-Max. Too bad we only get the electrified versions!
