Inexpensive plate frames?

Does anyone know if there are inexpensive black zoom zoom license plate frames available? Have seen the steel ones for $30ea but would be happy with a simple plastic one with white lettering. Checked Ebay among other places and only saw the metal ones. Thanks in advance.

My preference was the expensive high quality plate frame (GT), especially when installing it on the high mounted very visible rear tailgate area.
