Low profile headrest???

I was wondering if anyone swapped out their rear headrest? I like the back middle low profile headrest. Does anyone know if you can swap out the left and right for low profile? If so any suggestions where to purchase? I have cx5 touring black cloth.

i think only US and CDA markets get those head rests
EU and Asia spec CX5'S have the low profile ones you speak of

Any idea where they could be purchased? I like the ones in the middle rear set. I wonder if they sell replacements that would fit all seats

Are they removable? If so then take the middle one out and make sure it fits on the left and right then order 2 from the dealer =)
