When i-stop doesn't work

Hi,
I'd like to collect the motive i-stop doesn't work, if:

1. is too cold/hot,
2. open the driver door,
3. move little the steering wheel,
4. push the button for some second (i-stop light orange).

Are there others ???

i just found out if the drivers side climate control knob is at max temp or the air is coming through the windscreen vents (on dimister) i stop is disabled...

I think in both those situations (if 'max temp' means 'max cold') the AC is on so the engine can't shut down without turning it off.

i-stop = no thanks.
