- Was not aware about cross-posting, sorry.

- To alca0811, it's a flashy grounding kit, smoothes out voltage irregularaties, which makes the car drive nicer (smoother throttle, etc.). People say it helps with the dip in power right around the VVT crossover. Also, it is really useful if you have an upgraded, high-output stereo.

It's a pretty popular solution in the NA 3 group, and I am sure it is equally nifty for the 'Speeds (or any car, for that matter).
