When I sold my 97 Passat GLX in 2007 with 100k, the buyer was convinced it was salvaged, stating "there is no way anyone could keep an engine bay this clean."

Please oh please give us details as to how you keep it that clean. I don't think my engine bay even looked that good the day I bought my CX-9 and it was brand new.

I clean the engine bay about once every 2 months. paper towels, other towels, glass/surface cleaner and just a tiny bit of armor all on a couple of the hoses.

The good oil funnel i remember doin that the first time i did an oil change on my ex's caviler 16yrs ago i didnt have one so i improvised ive been useing it ever since then. Glad to see others have the same idea.
