CX-9 Cup Holder Cover and Lost Item Help

Hello...I have a 2010 Touring.
Question.. my wife managed to lose a mini chocolate bar down the opening of the cup holder cover between the storage bin. When you open the cup holder cover.. as it's opening there is space for an item to slide down to the abyss of nothingness and that's what happened.

Any suggestions as to how to get it out? What parts do I need to start taking off to get to it? Thanks

Most of the console is secured by clips.

Similar issue here.................finally solved.

My wife handed the electronic key to a friend who tossed it in the window. When my wife tried to drive away she couldn't find the key but of course the car started and drove just fine. It took me 2 weeks to find that damn electronic key! Anyone could simply open it up and drive away! I tore out both front seats, pulled up the carpet, even yanked the heat ducts and checked inside. Only on a fluke did I happen to see the gap between the cupholder lid and the center console when the lid is halfway open. I was tempted to call the guys on Car Talk for advice.

That would have been hilarious!

Fishing around with a magnet seems like the best idea.

Does anyone know if that will damage the keys electronics?
