I have the CS CBE and was interested in adding the racepipe. What are the horse power and sound differences in the high flow catalyst vs the straight pipe? Why is the catalyst model not sold to California? Thanks.

I would buy the cobb downpipe instead. The butt dyno saw great improvments and you still get a high flow cat so you don't throw a cel. I have a stock exhaust and you can still hear a difference.

Any catalyst labelled as a performance or race catalyst is illegal in California. We made an agreement with the manufacturer of the catalysts that we would not sell them there. The fine is around $40000 per occurance if carb investigates it.
