my girlfriends cx-9 started making a grinding noise on the front drivers side when you go over 55 mph, what could be causing this. we just got it back the the collision center after someone slammed into the driver side wheel/fender area now its making the grinding noise. any help, im taking it back on monday just wanted an idea of what could be going on

If it got hit, it could be any number of things. Just make them fix it. They obviously didn't highway test drive it for vibrations, or in your case, grinding.
