Hi i have an 08 CX-9 does anyone know if they all came with the TPMS sensors or only some models?

Yes it comes with the sensors.

thanks i had a flat this weekend and no lights and no sound. called Mazda and they said not all model had it in 08. i'm not sure if that right or not they said if the valves where plastic then no tpms if they where metal then they where Tpms. also rotated the tires and nothing happen.

I just checked my owner's manual, and it says "TPMS (*some models)", so you may not have it. I have a GT which does have TPMS. What model do you have?

Then you should have TPMS.

When you turn your ignition to on you should see the TPMS warning light displayed on your gauges.

I think ALL new cars in the U.S. have to have them for a few years now. I suspect the "some models" refers to Canadian models, which don't require TPMS, but do require daytime running lights and other safetey options.

Just confirmed, the TPMS are mandatory in U.S. since 2005.

In my case, my CX9 doesn't have TPMS ... could be easy to install them? Could be only but the tire sensors? Or there is another kinf of sensor?
