stearing wheel noise

When driving, or sitting still?
it does it when i'am driving or not. its not very loud just annoying. but you can only here it when you are in the car, so i think it is in the stearing column??. i will check the fluid also. going to take it to the dealer for a oil change, i will have them look at it. thanks for your response.
