Had a little hiccup on my end because I don't regularly check my email, called in to get a tracking number and expected time of arrival. Got some quick transfers on the phone, took no time out of my day to make the call and get this handled, and they assured me that my package would be shipped first thing Monday and would arrive no later than next day on Tuesday.
