did you check the fuse by the positive battery clamp??

these amps blow all the time because theyre garbage.
you should check the fuse, but if you try to put in a bigger one youll blow it for sure.
i would upgrade if i were you, dont buy another factory amp and blow it again.

if you really want one, maybe ill sell you mine and upgrade myself.

checked all the fuses and wiring, its getting power, but no signal to the sub. hooked up my friends amp to the sub and the sub is working fine, leading me to believe the amp is shot.

What other amp is roughly the same size and fits in the stock location?

that i cant tell you.
im doing the research and upgrading when mine blows, and upgrading the sub as well since those are no better. JLaudio makes some direct fits for the sub, but i dont know about the amp.

if you blow the amp and upgrade it, youll blow the sub. if you blow the sub and upgrade it, youll blow the amp. and if you blew either and just replace it, its just a matter of time till it blows again. do yourself a favor and drop like 150 to upgrade both while you have the rack out.

I just bought the replacement JL cause i originally thought it to be the sub not working. idk what amp to get tho, and the sticky in the right section doesn't have one listed
