Bluetooth Issue

Hi everyone! I'm new to the Mazda forums and quite honestly, don't have time to see if this issue has been dealt with before. If so, kindly point me in the right direction.

This is the issue I have. I set up my Motorola phone and bluetooth in my CX-9 and had no problems at all. I had to answer my phone one day when I was in the backseat and 'undid' the bluetooth on my phone and now it doesn't work. I tried to repair it - was willing to start from scratch, but it's not recognizing it - it simply hangs up.

I also have another person on there (a salesman possibly?) even though I was the first and only owner. How do I remove him?

Any help would be most appreciated! Sandy

Sandy,
It would have been nice if you had mentioned the model year if your CX9.
However, I believe you have to delete the phone from the memory and start from scratch (both yours and "the other guy's").
With 2008 model, this is how you do that,
With voice command....
Press Phone button,
> "Setup"
> "Pairing Options"
> "Delete a Phone" (or "List Paired Phones")
Once you remove the phones, you can start pairing again.
