Here are some pics of my HHO install. For those of you who are not familiar with the concept, just google HHO Generators. I will keep everyone posted on the MPGs once I get it tuned (i.e. proper electrolyte ratio and O2 sensor modifications).

Doesn't it take more energy to split a water molecule into H2 and O than the energy you will recover by feeding those molecules back into your engine? So you will be using up gas for the electrolysis reaction (the gas powers the alternator that recharges your battery).

I have a funny feeling you won't be seeing a noticeable increase in mpg. But you never know, I guess...
 
I am still fine tuning the system and learning as I go. The current draw is holding steady at 17 amps which is putting out about 1-1.5 liters per min. I am still on my first tank of gas and on track to approx. 20 mpg from an avg of 18 mpg. Not a huge improvement but room to improve.
