mazda 3 hatch HID/LED lights

hey guys

very new to this and i need some help and information
I have the 2008 mazda 3 maxxx sport and i am planning to change the headlights to HID and the tail lights to LED
i just need all the information i need to change these
such as the sizes, and where i can find these
ive been searching the internet and have no idea what im looking for
please help out
