anyone write up a how to on blacking out emblems?

Just curious if anyone knows of a how to on this specifically for the 5? I've never painted my emblems and I don't wanna mess up....haha mainly on the removal of the front clip, I know it's held in by clips, but is it also screwed, tried to take it off, and something seems to be holding it on, i don't wanna crack it....

It is easy. The one thing you may want to do is soak your emblems in bleach over night. This will peel the chroming that is on them and allow the paint to adhere better. Or use an adhering promoter before primer. Remember though, they will always chip and need touching up, pain in the butt.
