mine just came from a dealership in VA
Not true. The speed 3 has a hole for the oil cooler line
Which car do you own? The 2.0 3?

That one won't work on the Speed.
Torque settings for filter conversion
I just bought the [spin-on] oil filter (conversion) for my '07 3 - 2.3. There were not torque settings included. Given the aluminum block, do you all know/have these settings?
Do you recommend using RTV on the gasket, or install it as is?

I used the OEM metal gasket that came with mine, and didn't use any sealant, no issues in two plus years.
