Very recently purchased a 2008 CX-9 GT w/ assist. Before buying the 2008 I spent some time playing with a 2009 CX-9 nav system they had on the lot. I noticed the 2009 has a bluetooth phone menu built into the system and the maps look nicer, not sure if ti is a better screen or better maps. Anyhow, I checked out the nav disk and it is different than the 2008 type, looks like the 2009's have an "A" and "B: disk for different regions (and more features). I tried popping my 2008 nav disk into the 2009 but the nav did not respond to it. Would be awesome if we could get some of the 2009 features on the 2008 system, hopefully someone much smarter than me will give it a go!
