Windows won't work with remote

Anybody knows why I can't open/close my windows with my remote?

According to the manual it must be possible to close all windows when I lock my 5, or to open them when I unlock. The manual says that I must keep pressing the open/close button on the remote.

I noticed that when I switch off my contact I cannot open/close my windows using the door buttons. It seems that the windws are not connected to constant +12. Would that be the problem?

The windows don't close when you lock the car with the remote. Where in the Manual does it say this is a feature? If it's supposed to do that then I think more than a few of us have warranty work on our hands as this is one thing many people have commented they'd like to have!

This is an option not available in NA AFAIK. I have seen it in the service manuals and in some advertising videos online.
