I just had BestBuy install the Mazda original Sirius tuner for the '08 model and followed the install kit instructions to a 'T' but the Sat button on the touch screen remains grayed out.
Had the tech switch the 8pin connector around from the HU to the Sirius tuner and no difference. Its almost as if there is no power to the unit.
Anyone else experience this issue?
