DEI 545T Auto-On Headlight kit

Has anyone installed the DEI545T Auto-on headlight module in a Mazda 5?

I bought the kit but haven't attempted the install yet,

We have these already for the 07 GT

Too bad I didn't spring for the GT. I've got an 08 Touring. I'll assume it's not an easy retrofit, since Canadian 5's at least got DRL and they're supposedly not very easy to retrofit to US models.
