I have a 94 Mita with a 1.8 engine I have just installed a new engine not a rebuilt. Everything new but the throttle body. Ran fine when first installed but the idle started creeping up to where it was idling at 2100. I checked all vac lines then replaced the IAC on the bottom of the throttle body checked all of the linkage but still cant get the idle under 1200 anyone got any ideals Please help if you can.
