I ordered an auxmod on May 3 and I haven't heard anything from Sylfex, not even a confirmation. I did received a confirmation from paypal that my payment went through. Any have any ideas?(uhm) Does he just take a while to respond?

You won't get an email response from Sylfex. The Auxmod will just show up at your door one day. Just be patient for a few days.

I've always had good communication from Sylfex, email him again for status.

I have been trying for about 2 months to get mine re-flashed (to work with 2006 5). Haven't heard anything, and their site says to e-mail. Maybe they are on vacation?

From what I've read, they used to be really responsive. I sent them a couple of emails and never heard from them, it's been over a month. However, I did order an Auxmod. It came, I installed it, and I am enjoying it.

It looks like they had a news update on their site on 27 May, perhaps they are back?
