Your CX-7 doesn't have bluetooth. I'm guessing you want to be able to use the stereo to make and take handsfree calls? That doesn't really have anything to do with the nav system, and has even less to do with Navteq. Navteq is the company responsible for the mapping software used by most nav systems, as well as google maps, etc.
But one cool thing the CX-7 has that my Mazda5 and my Mazdaspeed3 nav doesn't have is the touchscreen. Man what a pain in the ass it is typing with the on screen keyboard and the joystick. So consider yourself lucky there.
