5000 km, and the stock 17" Toyo deformed.

I just found out today that one of the RF 17" TOYO tire came with the 5 has a lump/bubble/deformation.

Has anyone have this experience.? It's only 5000 km.. Pictures later.

well...mine 5 is around 4000 miles and I already had one tire blew on me couple months ago. I was taking a turn pretty sharp and next thing you know the rear drifted. I was right next to a bus too and luckily I caught it and drove to safety.

By "lump", if you mean part of your tire bulges out, so it is not longer perfectly round, then I think it is caused by "belt separation". Do a google to see what it is.

Belt separation is a manufacturer defect. Try bringing it back to your Mazda dealership, and have them diagnose the problem. If it is belt separation, the new tire should be covered by Toyo, although you may have to pay the pro-rated cost; i.e., if your tread wear is 20% on the old tire, you pay 20% of the new tire.
