MSP6... Can we use Ipod adapter and Sirius at the same time?

I just need to know ... i definately want sirius, and i am definately thinking about getting the ipod adapter but if i cant do both i am thinking of just going w/ sirius...

Any input would be appreciative

Found the answer myself... no it cannot be used simultaneously

As you found out, you can't use both OEM Sirius and iPod.

BUT, you can still use your iPod via the use of the AuxMod.

The AuxMod plugs into the open spot where the factory tape deck would go.
You then run an simple audio cable that plugs into the headphone jack.

You lose the steering wheel functionality, but you get to have both connected.

I heard mazda is going to put out a Y adapter for the new mazdaspeed 3's which will work on the mazdaspeed 6's so you can hook up both of them to the same port. Not to sure when they are coming out. I would check with your local mazda dealer.
