Quiksilver Editions??? Any Opinions???

I saw these a long time ago back when the 5 was just hitting the car show circuit, and came across them again tonight

I'm wondering if anyone every bought one of these and if so how do they like it??? Being an avid surfer myself, I'd personally love to have one in my garage

What do you think about the Mazda 5 Quiksilver Editions???

I thought they were all just 1-off versions for publicity purposes? My guess is that Quicksilver either owns these, or has use of them. The reason I say that is because Quicksilver was having a clothing sale in Denver here a while back, and they had one of the 5s here from Cali.

Yeah, I agree. My guess is these'll never be available to the general public unless the Quicksilver paint job is removed. IMO it's a brand image concern... what happens if someone that buys a Quicksilver Mz5 is a road rager and consistently speeds and cuts people off? That puts a tarnish on Quicksilver.

My guess is they'll keep these to haul crap for events and showing off the spiffy paint job will be a 2-for in the advertising at the event. I also wouldn't be surprised if they hired a few drivers to just drive these 5's around aimlessly to advertise.
