Has anyone put aftermarket wheels on their Speed6?

If so post a pic and details like size, offset, whether they rub or not, rolled fenders, suspension drop etc. We really need to get some research done to see what fits and what doesn't. And please, the wheels have to be on a Speed6.

I haven't done anything yet , but planning on getting Volk CE28N's in 18x7.5" with a +50 offset. I'm probably going to get coilovers before I get the wheels, but I'm waiting for a reply from HKS to see if they're going to change the spring rates for the MS6.

A guy over on mazda6club put 19x7.5" Falken Torque 5's on his (white) MS6. He lowered it with Tein s-tech springs for the Mazda6s (V6). To prevent rubbing, he had to roll the fenders, though. Looks pretty good.

i have a set of enkei rpf1 17x7.5 +48mm offset and 215-50-17 winter tires on stock suspension. no rubbing or anything yet, and the wheel/tire just sticks out by about 13mm compared to stock.

Great minds think alike :) My LE28N's should be here tomorrow. Too bad I will be staring at them for a couple of months before they go on the car....(its a Minnesota thing...)

Are you looking at the HKS coilovers? Are they making a MS6 specific kit? I know that AutoExe is coming out with a MS6 specific coilover this summer if you can wait that long - otherwise they (AutoExe) do have MS6 specific springs out right now.

why would you risk ruining a good set of rims and use them in the winter?

That White MS6.. looks really good... those rims.. on a lowered.. white car... are... WOW..

Anyone have any ideas for a silver MS6? I don't plan on lowering the car.. unless I have no other choice to get anywhere near the "look" i want... I drive like a tool allover the place and rubbing / bottoming out isn't fun... Happened too much in my civic...

Online "demo" scripts for rims on the MS6... don't work or look very good... Also, i need to find a rim / car specialist who can do some measurements.. and testing.. find out exactly what will fit on the 6... and cause little to no rubbing... and no modification... I don't want to remove my inner well splash guard / fender things... Did that on my civic.. causes too many problems down the road.. unless you keep the car in a guarage and away from any rocks / dirt.. water for the entire life of the vehicle... which isn't an option for me...
