Where did you get that info? My dealer did not even have those figures. Thanks!miatafied said:Bolt pattern and offset on the mazda5 are the same as the mazda3
5x114.3 bolt pattern
52.5mm offset
I've been thinking about the same thing.
Oh, just noticed that the 3 forum here has some info on wheels that would apply to us as well:

LOL. There are LOTS of things the dealer doesn't know. (stooges)Tim H. said:Where did you get that info? My dealer did not even have those figures. Thanks!
No, 16-inch minimum for N. American-spec.Matt5 said:Any way you can put 15" steelies on the mazda 5? would be the same answer as for the mazda 3 I presume.
Thanks,

New concern: Canadian vehicles (I don't know about U.S.A.) have Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) with sensors and transmitters in each wheel. What happens if I fit 4 steel wheels w/o sensors. Do I have to look at the warning light on my dash all winter or is there some way to disable it? Any info? Else, how expensive are 4 extra sensors? <gulp>?
wongpres said:Not true, Canadian-spec Mazda5 does not have TPMS. And as I mentioned above, 16-inch is the smallest you can go (P205/55R16 would be optimal, as its exactly the Mazda5 16-inch tire size).
