So saturday i installed my Progress competition springs. I love them. Big improvement on the ride. Sits as low if not a little lower than an s2000( i park next to one every day) Cornering is much much better. ride stiffness has changed but i don't really notice it that much my vr-4's ride was really stiff. so any way.. it took like.. all day lol :lol: . i started at 6 finished at 11. 
My friend evan came over to help and we kept screwing around and then.. after we got the rear wheel done we wen't out to eat.. don't know how long that took. came back and finished up in about an hour. I think if we were actually trying to work it might have taken us an hour and a half. so here are the pictures. Ive actually had the pleasure of parking next to 2 other (stock) mazda3's and the difference is huge.
