2012 & 2015 Mazda 5
Hi Everyone,

Wife and I have 3 Mazda 5's at the moment. 2008/2012/2015.
2008 (148,000 miles) has sun roof that decided to leak after owning for 7 years (could saw dust have caused it ? ). It dumped maybe a quart of rain water inside the cabin as we stopped for a stop sign....and I could never find exactly where it is leaking. So we got a used 2012 to replace it.

2012 has 80,000 miles. Very clean, well maintained. Wish I had a garage for it as it was used to that, but it will have to live outside.
2015 has 100,000 miles on it. Needs some work, going to have it repainted as it is faded/oxidized from Florida sun.

Hope to read all the old threads to find good info.

You are living the dream!!

Until family road trips and college runs are done, there's nothing to replace a 5... except a newer 5.

The VA sun has been hard at wok on the roof on my 5 since 2007, but a trip to the bodyshop is 1/20th the price of anything close to a do-it-all replacement car like the 5. If it does pop it's clogs, I'll just get a 2012 to later model.
