Mazda2 DE 2009 Japan Built - Fitting Full Size Spare 185 55 R15

The 2009 car came with a temporary space saver spare tyre.
Not keen to use a "2009 temporary space saver spare tyre" that is limited to 80km/Hr & only permitted on rear of the car by an Insurance Policy Clause.

The "Wheel Well Diameter" is too small for a 185 55 R15.....fully Deflated it almost pushes in if you "Silicon the Wheel Well".

Have Others fitted a Full Size Spare 185 55 R15?.....What method did you use to enlarge the Wheel Well Diameter?

Or are you all close to a Tyre Store & happy with the "Space saver spare" 80km/Hr limit etc
