Help me choose an upgrade path (Mazda5)

After years of spirited driving in stock form, I've decided to put some money into improving the handling. However, lowering the car properly (with camber arms + camber plates) is out of my price range. So far I've devised four potential upgrade paths, which are as follows:

1: Corksport MS3 bar front + rear

2: Corksport MS3 rear bar only + KYB Gas-A-Just rear OR Koni yellows rear
(currently have almost new Bilstein B4's)

3: Koni Yellows front + rear (adjustments?)

4: 17" NC2 wheels (will re-use currently installed 215/45R17's)

Thoughts? I'm looking to reduce understeer at the limit.

Interestingly, I've read this post before - I also think it's locked. I understand the basics of front wheel drive dynamics, I'm just not sure which combination of parts will result in the largest improvement in handling. What I'm trying to figure out is whether increased damping, more bar, or even a mix of the two will give me the most bang for my buck.
