I think it is $100 shipped. Something about the new marketplace format. I have seen a lot of for sale listings like this where is lists it for twice the amount.

Yeah me too. I messages the seller 2 days ago to let him know, but it hasn't been changed. I would have bought it already, but PayPal insists it's $200.
