2004 Volvo V50 Sport Wagon

I was over on www.volvousa.com and they had a press release for the 04 V50 Sport Wagon.

http://apps.volvocars.us/V50/abstracts.html

I think its a really nice looking Wagon. It looks like a bady S60. How about a S50 R?

I like the 2005 version S-40 (which share patform with Mazda3) even more.

That's a nice car. I'll take the T5 version with AWD please. Hmmmm.....5-cylinder turbo, all-wheel-drive? That sounds familiar to me - like my last car.

I've been seeing pics of the sedan for a while now. Too bad Volvo's are out of my price range. Also heard it comes with an available 6 SPEED!

At the Northeast Auto Show Volvo had the S40 T5. What a nice car. It looks just like a baby S60 R. Big rims with low pros and aggressive bodykit and spoiler. The interior is so well put together I was thinking I was sitting in a more expensive car. I'm going to look at one when there available at the Dealer.

That is a nice looking wagon. But with only 218hp, I could have that much HP with a turbo, and still have the best looking sportwagon on the road!

You could also end up with a rod in your front seat instead of in cylinder #1. Then you'd have the best looking sportwagon in the shop!

I'm with you though, I'd still rather have the turbo in the P5.

I think the S40 and V50 are better looking then the P5. The P5 has that boyracer look compared to the Volvo S40/V50. But the Mazda3 looks and feels like a highend car like the S40/V50 does. I still love our P5!

The only thing I don't care for with the S40 is that its only available with an 5spd Geartronic Auto. Where is the 6spd? As for the turbo the S40/V50 T5 will have a turbo mounted on a 2.5L 5cyl. While the regular S40/V50 will have a 2.4L 5cyl with CVVT.
