Any ae86 owners too??

Just wondering if there are any ae86 owners out there. Im an owner of a 2002 Silver P5,(wifes car) and a 1984 Toyota Corolla GTS clone(SR5 with a 4age swapped in) I cant mod the P5 so I spend TONS of cash on my Corolla. So far I have swapped in the Twin Cam 16Valve 4a-g from a 1985 GTS, late model 4ag "Redtop" cams, the LSD disc brake rear end from a 1987 GTS. TRD suspension bushings all the way around, Tokico shocks and struts, Intrax 1 3/4 inch dropped springs. Old School Supra 14x7 rims with Viper directional tires. T3 front strut bar, homemade oil breather catch can, Volkswagon Corrado antenna. Future mods include T3 tri-bar for the front and rear, T3 rear tower bar, T3 front and rear coil over conversion, TRD front anti sway bar, late model 4A block with a 4agze crank, forged rods and pistions.....to accomidate my turbo set up. MSD ignition, and looking into doing a JDM MAP conversion. Kokui front and rear JDM bumpers, and the final touch.....2003 Mazda Protege'5 Vivid Yellow paint.

My best friend just sold his. It looked awesome with that JDM body kit. Little shy on power but its rigidity was unlike any other with hardcore struts and springs.

Its a great motor. Pulls strong all the way to red line. The fact that its rear wheel drive with LSD and wide 14" tires allows me to run through the mountains of North Utah that even a S2000 cant handle. (I ran from one coming down from Snowbasin Ski Resort in May) The guy was all over the road. I ran from my buddies Accord V-6 too...it was BEAUTIFUL!! The Corollas are not drag cars....thats a fact but they are almost untouchable on the twisties.

uclap5, is it a N/A MR2 or is it the supercharged one? I had my hands on a 4agze, supercharged MR2 motor, for my 86. It was complete except for the ECU. The nice thing about the 4a motors is you can take the S/C motor from the MR2, which is midengine, rear drive and transplant that motor into a front engine front driver, or in my case a front engine rear drive with absolute minimal modifications.
