Size of front mount?

what is the greatest size of a front mount to fit on an 2003.5 MSP without cutting the support bar? i found a complete kit on ebay but the overall size is 27" X 5.5" X 2.25" would this fit on the MSP? thanks in advance...

yep that's the one. I don't know about the 03.5 but on my spicy I should have ordered to the intercooler that had the inlet/outlet off centered. I thought the centered ones would work oerfect but it hits the mounting area for the fogs I had to rig the pipes around. Had I went with off centered It would have cleared easily. I've never seen the back end an 3.5 front bumper so I couildn't tell you if the same plastic piece is in the way.

27x7x5.5? no chance. it can support a 3.5" core, max, and 5" or so without cutting the crash bar or bumper

6 is the most you can go without cutting the bumper. look at corksports intercooler to get the size. or whatever.

my core is.
Overall Size 27"X6"X2.5"
Core Size 21"x6"x2.5"
2.5" Inlet & Outlet
2.5" Core
It's basically an exact fit leaving everything stock under the bumper in place.
Like I said though I just wish I had ordered the off center one.
But creative coupler placement allowed for the pipe to bend enough tp clear the fog.
