Once you approach HIDs, you can't see anything.

Must have been people who didn't have the projector housings set right. If you set the housing correctly, there is no blinding of oncoming traffic. When I installed mine, I had my wife drive in her other car(Toyota Camry) to make sure I was not blinding on coming traffic....no problems,,,and that was with no adjustments.

The problem is that as a conscientious person, you are in the minority. I too take care to always make sure my headlights are adjusted properly, and always dim them BEFORE the oncoming car can see them directly.

Most people who put mini suns in their headlight housings don't bother to adjust them, likewise with the insecure morons who have to have their truck 10 feet in the air to feel good about themselves.

Then of course, you have the idiots driving around with their fog lights on for no reason. I guess they think they look cool.

Granted, I am sure there are those who don't care, or like to lift their cars 10 inches above the rest, but most of the people on this website are the types that will make sure if they do install HID's they will be adjusted properly. With that being said, if a proper adjustment is made, HID's are far superior!!

You don't think that's cool? There's noone cooler to me than a person driving a lifted truck with HID lights and fog lights on at the same time.

I have had the DDM Tuning raptor HID kit in my CX-9 GT for 4 months now, installed as foglight replacements. and they have worked flawlessly. Only issue is that the 4.5k's i got are more blue than the stock HID but compared to the older oem yuck yellow, its nice. and way brighter. Dual HID ftw.

Just wanted to give people a update of the DDM kit I ordered from Xenon Expert. Got them in 4 days shipped. I ordered the 3500w DDM kit.

The install...
You have to cut a nickle size hole in the cover/cap that covers the access to the headlight bulb. Once the hole is cut its pretty much plug things in and find a place to stick the ballast, which fits very well in the bracket that holds the finder on.
The one thing I did run into is the connection that connects the DDM kit into the plug from your factory lights. Make sure you plug them into the ballast side the correct way. I guess they are made to fit a few different types of cars, just make sure the black and red wire match up with the factory wires. After that just zip tie everything up and your good to go.
They look great at night, and you can see so much better in the rain with the HID's. I'll never have a car again without HID's. Thanks Xenon Expert... A++
Here is a pic I took with my phone...
