Good thread idea...I've renamed it a bit to cover both sides because we should keep one record for those who have and have not received something.

I have or have not received my part or refund from Medieval (customer posts only)

Let's keep this thread strictly for Medieval customers.

Thank you.

Product Ordered: MAM Tubular Manifold from the for sale forum

Date Ordered and Paid: December 4, 2007

Last Update Given and Date: May 8, 2008 He told me my manifold was so close to being ready, asked me if he had sent me pictures of it, then when I told him no he didn't he told me he would take a picture of it over the weekend and get it to me. Nothing since then and I've sent him PM's both yesterday and today asking for a refund.

And I'm still waiting on 1 screw for the pulley.

if or when you receive your items or a refund please edit your first post to reflect the change. This way it will be easier to see who still is waiting on parts.

Ex.
Waitng on Manifold(original post)

Update: received refund on manifold today(updated post)

Why not put the master list in your first post, then everyone wont have to dig through pages to find resolve. Its alot easier that way. Its more work for you but if u dont mind, itll be worth doing.

Also i think the list should be for parts that are availible, said were avail, or shipped.

Custom stuff that people know will take time and are ok with it, obviously dont have an issue. However, items that people told were either shipped already, ready to be shipped but havent, or feel mislead should post.

Everyone else who keeps claiming patience, or doesnt care how long it takes wont benefit from this thread and will make it look like more orders than there are.

Im not claiming sides on this, ive just been through it before so i wanted to help u organize it.
