Toys for Tots Cruise?

Anyone interested in the Toys for Tots Cruise? I think it's next week Saturday? My only worry is you end up at Kapiolani Park, which means you'll have to brave Waikiki...(ughdance)

Sorry, I'm a rookie myself; however, another Mazda club was going to this function as well and was asking if anyone else wanted to go. It is for a good cause. I think you bring an unopened/unused toy for children who are less fortunate. They get them as a gift for the Holiday Season. I think their parents get to wrap it up and give them to their children. This also brings out the media and gives clubs a better image in the community. There's also going to be a Food Drive soon, if not, it already happened this weekend? I can't remember.

i'm pretty sure the cruise starts at kaka'ako and ends at kapiolani park parking lot. bring an un-opened toy to donate. hang with friends, meet new friends and be a part of a good cause. the cruise is pretty safe because with the amount of modified cars, trucks and bikes; the cops can't really do anything about it. this is an actual C-R-U-I-S-E. nobody gets dumb otherwise they have a lot of people they will piss off. when you drive through waikiki, it's like a parade. everybody drives slow and pedestrians stop to look on. it's fun, it's safe.

IRX members and all other Rotary powered enthusiasts (and other mazdas ) are invited to join the Toys for Tots Run. Bring an unwrapped toy...no not the adult kind...(you know who you are)

When: November 25th, Saturday. (hooray! vacation!)
Time: 9AM
Location: Magic island.

9AM - Meet at Magic Island
9:30 - Drivers meeting with all car clubs.
10am - Rolling out to the Waikiki Shell Parking Lot.

AND BRING YOUR TOY!!!!

There's no decals yet. I've been trying to get something going but been busy as is everyone else. I really do want to run stickers if I go to this meet. There's going to be a ton of clubs!

It looks like not many people from our club is going. Did you still want to roll out?

Okay, I made some makeshift (not really stickers) to stick in your rear windows. You'll have to tape it on the inner side of your window some how...unless you want to tape it to the outter side of your window...but I don't think it will stay very well if it rains...LOL!!!! It's only temp for the charity roll out.

So far only you and me...if worse comes to worse...I'm rolling out w/ the WRX club they are going to start at Toys R Us...or somehow find the rotary club at Magic Island

it dont matter. i live close to the toys r us anyways. I can meet you guys there.
you got the decal or m-spec logo on you comp? if you do email it i can print it out and place on the zoom zoom now or tomorrow morning.

Meet at Toys R Us (Pearlridge) at 8:15 a. I printed out a few logos but you have to tape it to the window LOL!! Sorry, I'm not at home so I can't e-mail the logo to you.

I've got one WRX going along w/ his friend and possibly Rob (formerly bagged silver p5).

Thanx for the pix all i gotta do now is download them i am gonna send the pics i got once my computer gets done doing its virus scan and anti-spyware stuff.

I thought it was cool. Gotta lower my car. to look more vicious on the streets of wahiawa...lol. But i really would like to get the decal thing going. the taped ones to the inside of the window will have to do for now, but eventually i wanna get a huge one. to place on the car, makin' look better.
