Does anyone know if there would be any benefit to running the Mazdaspeed alignment specs on an otherwise stock ES?

you have more flexibility on an ES than an MSP...in my experience anyway. i know i can get almost 2 deg of negative camber on my ES...IIRC, the best you can do on an MSP is .8-1 deg.

Don't do it. The toe settings for the Mazdaspeed are better for something that has much more power than the ES does, ...

how do you figure?

I had the dealer put the Mazdaspeed alignment on my car (actually the suggested alignment of other MSP owners) and it made my car DOG SLOW. There was just too much toe out.
